Each time an approval action is performed a notification email is sent to the involved users.
- When a modeler submits a process for approval the notification emails are sent to all designated approvers with the information that a process version is waiting for approval.
- When a modeler cancels the approval the notification is sent to all designated approvers.
- When a modeler adds new approvers to the pending process approval they will get a notification email with the information that there is a process version waiting for approval.
- When an approver rejects a process a notification email is sent to:
- The modeler who has submitted the process for approval; he can improve the process now and submit it for approval again
- All the approvers involved
- When the last approver (conditionally) approves the process and as a result the version is conditionally approved then the notification email is sent to:
- The modeler who has submitted the process for approval; he can now improve the process and submit it for publication.
- All the approvers involved
- When the last approver approves the process and as a result the version is approved then a notification email is sent to:
- The modeler who has submitted it for approval
- All the approvers involved
- All publishers (they can publish the approved version now)
