How do I log off? And how do I change my password?

Changing your Password

You cannot change your password in an Engage Process tool if your organization was set up as Single Sign On (SSO).

In order to change your password click your name in the right top corner of the tool and select Change password item from the list.

A new page will be open where you can enter your old and new passwords.

The password must have at least 8 characters (or more if it was decided differently by a User manager in the Security settings) and it must contain at least one digit, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one non-alphanumeric character.

How do I log on and log off?

The first time you start Engage Process Modeler you will get the login page.

Check the Keep me logged in box if you do not want to see this page when you will start  Engage Process Modeler again.

Click Forgot your password? link if you have forgotten your password. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the Change password page where you can type your new password. The e-mail will be sent to the address specified by your Engage Process user name so it is important that this user name is a valid e-mail address.

In order to log off from the tool click your name in the right top corner of the tool and select Log off item from the list.
