Posting, changing and deleting a comment and notifications.
In the Viewer, if permissions are granted by the process designer, it is possible to give reactions and provide feedback to a process. You may have found an error, or it may be unclear what exactly is meant in the current process. Of course, you may also have an improvement suggestion. All these things are valuable to report via leaving a comment at a process or process step.
Post a comment
You can leave a comment on the entire process or on a specific process step. Make sure you see the process in front of you and click on the button below in the top right to open the 'Comments' window.
The window below will be displayed:
Click on the line where the text 'Add ca omment...' is and leave your comment. After typing, a few options will appear on the screen. Slide the ball to the left if the comment is not only related to the selected step, but to indicate that it is a comment on the entire process.
For a comment on a specific process step, simply click on the process step and then leave a comment.
You can also indicate whether the comment is 'Important' by placing a check mark in the box. A red text will then appear next to the comment.
Press <Next> to proceed and finally post the comment.
Note!
If you are using a general viewer account, don't forget to enter your own name and e-mail address under ‘Please enter your contact details’.
Changing or deleting a reaction
Je kunt je eigen reacties achteraf nog aanpassen of verwijderen door op de drie zwarte puntjes rechtsboven te klikken (zie hieronder).
Please note!
You can only edit or delete a comment
- that was created by you;
- that has not yet been processed, i.e. has the status ‘New’. This can be seen by a blue bar on the left side of the comment;
- that has not yet been replied to.
Notifications
After you post a comment, an immediate email notification is sent to the process designer (and/or other set users) to let them know that a comment has been left. The process designer can ask for more information, accept or reject the comment immediately. You are then notified of this in turn via an e-mail notification.
