How can I print a diagram?

How to print a process or overview.

In Engage Process Publisher, it is possible to print a diagram. In fact, you can export the diagram to Word or PDF and print the diagram on paper. Printing on paper, of course, has some challenges. Large processes are always difficult to ‘capture’ on paper, but sometimes it can still be nice to have something in your hands or to hang on the wall.

To print a diagram:

• first open the process or overview by double-clicking on the name;
• click on ‘File’ in the top left-hand corner.
• ‘Print diagram’ is already selected, so you just need to choose whether you want a Word or PDF document. After your choice, a window will appear offering you some options.
• Finally, press ‘Done’ and a PDF or Word document will be created for you in the background. Your internet browser will automatically prompt you that the document is ready in the ‘Downloads’ folder.
• Open the document and then choose print in the application where the document is opened.
