How can I print a process?
The Engage Process Viewer allows you to view processes and all related information from multiple perspectives. When you select a process step, only the information related to that step is shown. You can also zoom in on specific details, such as subprocess content. Even in large processes with many steps, navigation remains easy using the scroll bars.
Compared to paper, the Viewer offers many additional possibilities. However, we understand that there are situations where printing a process diagram or process report is still useful—for example, to annotate it manually or to display it visually within your organisation. Printing is also useful if your subscription does not include access to the Engage Process Viewer.
Please note that printing is not done directly from the Modeler. A process must first be exported to another format (PDF, Word, or Excel), from which it can then be printed.
