How can I use Publisher even more effectively?
Preferences, importing and exporting overviews and search.

Preferences
You can configure several personal settings in Publisher via the File menu.

Click File in the top-left corner.

Select Preferences.
Here you can define various parameters, including whether you want to receive an email notification when a process is submitted for publication by an Engage Process Modeler user.
This notification is enabled by default.
Importing and exporting overviews
Overviews can be shared between different Engage Process environments. This allows you to reuse and exchange content with colleagues, customers, or partners.
For example, the Examples Library contains overviews that can be downloaded and imported into your own environment. You can also import overviews received from other Engage Process users.
Importing an overview

Click File and select Open.

Choose Import from file on the right-hand side.

Select a file with the
.emdzextension and click Open.
The overview will be imported, placed in the For review window, and opened automatically so you can start working on it immediately.
Exporting an overview

Click File and select Save as.

Choose one of the following options:

Download as PNG image
Exports the currently opened review or process as an image. This image can be printed or used in other applications such as Word or PowerPoint. -
Download as file
Saves the process as an.emdzfile. This file can be shared with other Engage Process users, who can import it into their own environment.

Search
The For review, Publication, and Archive windows may contain a large number of overviews over time.
To quickly find a specific overview, use the search field at the top of the window and enter a search query.
Note:
The Publication window may contain folders. When searching, only the parts of the folder structure that contain matching diagrams are shown. Expand these folders to view the individual diagrams.
