How can I use the Viewer more effectively?

In this article, we explain several useful settings available in the Viewer that can help you work more efficiently.

Popular settings

1. Click the logo in the top-left corner to open the main menu.

2. Select Settings at the bottom of the menu under General.

3. The Popular tab is selected by default.

In this section, you can configure general preferences, including whether you want to receive an email notification when a process is shared with you.
This option is enabled by default, but you can adjust it to your personal preference.

Printing settings

1. Click the logo in the top-left corner to open the main menu.

2. Go to Settings under General.

3. Select Printing from the menu on the left.

Here, you can define your default print settings for process diagrams and reports.
By configuring these settings once, you won’t need to adjust them every time you print—your preferred options will already be applied.
