How can I use the Viewer more effectively?
Popular preferences and printing options.
In this article, we look at some additional options in the hamburger menu under the ‘Preferences’ option that are worth mentioning.

Click on the hamburger menu icon at the top left and select the ‘Preferences’ option. By default, the ‘Popular’ section is selected. You can set a number of parameters here and specify whether you want to receive an email notification when a process has been shared with you. This is on by default.
Click the hamburger menu icon at the top left and select the ‘Preferences’ option. In the green bar on the left, select the ‘Print’ option. Another article explained how to print a process diagram or report. You can change the default settings for printing to your own defaults here. You don't have to change this every time, but everything is already set correctly.
