How do I log on and off?

The first time you start the Engage Process Viewer you will get the login page.

Check the Keep me logged in box if you do not want to see this page when you will start  Engage Process Viewer again.

Click Forgot your password? link if you have forgotten your password. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the Change password page where you can type your new password. The e-mail will be sent to the address specified by your Engage user name so it is important that this user name is a valid e-mail address.

In order to log off from the tool click your name in the right top corner of the tool and select Log off item from the list.

You can also start the Engage Process Viewer using a link created by a modeler in Engage Process Modeler or by a publisher in Engage Process Publisher. Such a link can be used to view a particular diagram.

There are two flavors of such a link: unauthorized and authorized. A user who uses an unauthorized link will be asked to login to the Engage Process Viewer with his own credentials before he will be able to see the diagram.

Everyone who will use an authorized link will be automatically logged in into Engage Process Viewer with the credentials provided inside the link.
