What can Dashboard be used for and for who is it intended for?
Within the Engage Process Enterprise subscription you will also find the ‘Engage Process Dashboard’ module. Dashboard allows you to measure and monitor the use and effectiveness of the Engage Process platform.
This gives you a picture of how Engage Process is being used in the organisation and whether there are opportunities to further optimise usage.
What can Dashboard be used for?
Dashboard can be used to gain insight into:
- General information, namely:
- The number of projects present within the environment;
- The number of diagrams within these projects;
- The number of published diagrams;
- The number of diagrams available for review in Publisher;
- The number of team boards present.
- Which users work with which application and when did they do so?
- How frequent/active is a user?
- How often has published content been viewed in a given period?
- Which projects are all in the environment and which diagrams are in these projects?
- Which team boards are in the environment?
Who is the Dashboard intended for?
The Dashboard is mostly used by:
- The administrators of the Engage Process environment;
- Team leaders;
- Process designers.
