What can Teamboard be used for and who is the Teamboard intended for?
Engage Process Teamboard allows you to organise the work of a department or team and monitor the progress of implementation of various tasks/actions. It helps teams to work together in an efficient and structured way by displaying the current state of affairs in a visual way on the Teamboard.
As with the Engage Process Modeler, it is also possible in this module to view the work on the board from different angles. Think of classifying the work based on status, priority or feasibility.
The board itself also has several different views, so that, depending on the goal, relevant insights can be obtained in the right way.
What can Teamboard be used for?
For organising and monitoring the operational actions of a department or team, as a process and project management board to record improvement tasks/actions, but also as a tool for performing internal audits/controls and recording non-conformities and the resulting actions.
Who is the Teamboard intended for?
Everyone within the organisation, in particular:
- team leaders;
- team members;
- project leaders;
- project team members.
