Introduction to the Admin Center

What can the Admin Center be used for who is the Admin Center intended for?

The Admin Center is the application at the heart of Engage Process, helping you to get set up in the platform. In Engage Process, nothing is set in stone, so the setup is easy to adjust or add to and customise to the needs of the organisation.

 

What can the Admin Center be used for?

In Admin Center, you can set up the following variables:

  • Step library: determine which process steps can be used and add new process steps if necessary.
  • Icon style: replace the default icons of the default process steps with a different/custom
  • Templates: you can create predefined texts to be used in the ‘Description’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Notes’ fields.
  • Tables: create central tables with data that Engage Process Modeler users can use in adding information to a process.
  • Users & groups: create users and user groups and assign licences and/or roles to these users and groups.
  • Active sessions: this section allows you to see who is currently logged in. You can also end active sessions here.
  • Notifications: set which e-mail notifications should be sent automatically by the Engage Process Platform.
  • Deleted items: here you will find an overview of deleted projects, diagrams, tables and team boards with the option to restore them.
  • Approval: set which processes require approval and who should give this approval.
  • Security: here you will find a number of security options to be set, including two-step verification for logging in.

 

Who is the Admin Center intended for?

  • the administrators of the Engage Process Platform
  • possibly designated key users who are responsible for managing tables, such as the roles, application and/or document table(s)
