What can Viewer be used for and who is the Viewer intended for?

The Viewer is the tool to communicate processes to (part of) the organisation. That is why this application is also referred to as the digital process manual.

What can Viewer be used for?

The application allows employees to view process descriptions and work instructions. They can provide feedback and respond to these, if necessary, due to an error in them or if they have suggestions for improving the process.

The Viewer also offers the ability to approve or reject processes presented for approval when you are the approver.

Who is the Viewer intended for?
