Introduction Viewer

The Viewer is the application within Engage Process used to communicate processes across (parts of) the organisation. It is therefore often referred to as the digital process manual.

With the Viewer, employees can easily access up-to-date process information and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

What can the Viewer be used for?

The Viewer enables users to:

• View process descriptions and work instructions

• Provide feedback on processes, for example:

  • When information is incorrect or unclear

  • When suggestions for process improvement arise

• Approve or reject processes when assigned as an approver

This ensures that processes remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with daily practice.

Who is the Viewer intended for?

The Viewer is intended for:
