April Product Release
General
The following improvements were made in the Reporting functionality of the Admin Center, Modeler, Publisher and Viewer:
- When selecting columns for a project the tree that shows available columns will automatically expand when searching/filtering.
- Unused items report was rebuilt for improved performance.
- All report results can also be exported to CSV (instead of only Excel).
Admin Center
- The layout of the Admin Center module was redesigned and improved for the following sections:
- Users & Groups
- Improved wizard when adding users
- Improved wizard when adding groups
- Multiselect support for editing user/group properties for multiple users/groups.
- Notifications
- Approval
- Security
- Users & Groups
- Tables in the Admin Center can now be exported with table item guids. These guids can be used to replace table item information when importing. This allows admin to make changes outside admin center, e.g. in Excel.
- Feature to disable AI features was added in the Security section. The feature is by default disabled.
- Template side panel can be resized.
- It is now possible to automatically assign groups to certain users (per domain) upon first login in combination with Single Sign-on (only available in our Enterprise subscription).
- When deleting a SSO domain a warning is displayed.
- Texts on notification page were clarified by adding an ‘i’ with a (short) explanation.
Dashboard
- The layout of the Dashboard module was improved.
- User profile pictures are now used/shown in every overview.
- Export to Excel is now available for all overviews.
Modeler
- The project pane can now show process statuses for publication, sharing, etc. by clicking the eye icon in the upper right of the project pane. It is also possible to expand the status information to show the status history/timeline.
- The project pane can now be filtered on process statuses by clicking the filter icon in the upper right corner of the project pane.
- New AI import was added. It supports Word documents, PDF documents and images. It will try to extract the described process, steps, structure, roles, descriptions, input/output, documents, and RASCI.
- It is now possible to enter Input/Output for Process Links.
- Process links can now show the input/output balloons based on the input/output information from the linked process.
- It is possible now to create a new process while adding a process link from within the mini property editor
- The Findings and Comments panes are now shown automatically when a user selects the Findings or Comments tab.
- BPMN import/export was rewritten for improved validation and compatibility with the official standard.
- In many places where lists/results are displayed this list can now be exported both to CSV and Excel format, e.g. process statistics, process comparison, diagram statuses.
- When resharing a diagram and only the comments options is changed a notification mail is sent.
- Remarks field was removed for local table items to be consistent with global table items.
- It is now possible to remove/unlink a Findings Teamboard from within Modeler.
- Project export dialog: tree selection was improved for improved performance.
- Process submit for publication dialog: Tree selection was improved for improved performance.
Publisher
- Search filter was added to the overview images dialog.
Teamboard
- Application header is now according to our new design.
- Field captions now show the field description in a tooltip.
- When adding tasks it shows the work item description in the dialog title.
- Sizes of the columns of the task lists shown inside work item forms will now be remembered after resizing.
Viewer
- The single step view was improved to support navigating into branches. Now full navigation through the process is supported.
- For comments it is now possible to use the browsers context menu (= right mouse click) for copying/pasting and to use the browser’s spell-checking (if configured in the browser).
