What information can I find in the Dashboard?

Key figures, Usage and user information, Contents and Publication.

The Engage Process Dashboard provides insight into the content and usage of your environment. It shows key statistics, user activity, content details, and publication information, helping you understand how Engage Process is used within your organization.

Key Figures

At the top of the Dashboard, you will find general information about the content of the environment:

  • Projects: the total number of projects within the environment

  • Diagrams: the total number of diagrams within the environment

  • Published: the total number of published diagrams

  • For review: the total number of diagrams ready for publication in the “For review” window

  • Teamboards: the total number of teamboards created in the platform

Usage and User Information

This section provides insight into how the environment is being used and by whom:

  • Usage trend: a graph showing the number of users or sessions per module for the selected time period

  • Usage last [time period]: a numerical overview corresponding to the data shown in the Usage trend graph. Selecting a bar in the graph displays details for that specific time period

  • Active users in the last 2 months: an overview of users who have been active in Engage Process during the past two months

  • Usage: shows how often each user has worked in a specific module during the selected time period. Selecting a user displays detailed information about the days and times the user worked in a specific application

Projects and Diagrams

In the Engage Process Modeler, process designers work on diagrams within projects. An environment may contain multiple projects with multiple diagrams.

  • The Projects section displays an overview of all projects in the environment

  • Selecting a project shows the diagrams it contains

  • By changing the Show setting in the Projects window to All diagrams, a complete list of all diagrams across all projects is displayed

Teamboards

The Teamboards section shows an overview of all teamboards created within the environment.

Publication

The Publication section shows how often published diagrams have been viewed in the Viewer and by which users during a selected time period.

  • Selecting a diagram displays a detailed list of users who viewed it, including the corresponding dates and times

Search and Export

Search

Most Dashboard windows include a search field with a magnifying glass. This field allows you to quickly search for specific content within the selected window.

Export

In most windows, the displayed data can be exported to Excel using the export option in the top-right corner of the window.
