Usage and user information
Below is an explanation of the information displayed in the Dashboard regarding users and use of the environment.

- Usage last <time period>: this overview shows the corresponding data displayed with the graph ‘Usage trend’. Click on a bar in the graph ‘Usage trend’ to see the details of that time period.

- Usage: in this overview you can find how often a user has worked in a particular module of Engage Process in the time period you set. By clicking on a user, the details of this user will appear to the right of this overview. In other words, on which days and times the user has worked in a specific application.
Contents
- Projects and diagrams:
- In the Engage Process Modeler, a process designer works on a diagram within a project. Within the environment, there may be several projects containing diagrams. In the ‘Projects’ section, you will find overviews of all projects that are in the environment. If you click on the name of a project, an overview appears on the right showing the diagrams present.
- You can also change the value behind ‘Show’ in the ‘Project’ window to ‘all diagrams’. A list of all available diagrams within all available projects then appears.
- Teamboard: here you find a list of all available boards within the environment.
Publication
The ‘Publication’ window shows how often and by whom published diagrams have been viewed in the Viewer in a given time period. If you click on the name of a diagram, a list of who has looked at this published diagram and when appears in the window on the right.
Search and export
It is possible to search for certain content in almost all windows. You will therefore find a field in this window containing a magnifying glass (see below).
With most of the windows you also have the option of exporting the information displayed to Excel. To do so, press the Excel logo in the top right-hand corner of the window (see above).
