      What is an overview grid?

      You can switch on or off the overview diagram grid that will appear in the Diagrams pane.

      Press the Show grid button in the Grid group of the Diagram tab to show a grid that will help you adjusting the positions of the shapes. Press the button again to hide the grid.

      Press the Snap to grid button if you want that the position of a shape is automatically adjusted to the grid. Press the button again to switch off this functionality.
