This Admin Center manual is designed to help you navigate the Admin Center and work with it independently. However, we understand that not everything is always immediately clear or that you may need additional background information.

To support this, Engage Process provides an extensive Knowledge Centre. This Knowledge Centre serves as a central place where you can find documentation and supporting materials for the entire Engage Process platform.

What Does the Knowledge Centre Offer?

2. Directly from within an Engage Process application module:

   • Click the Engage Process logo in the top right corner

   • Select Knowledge Centre from the menu
