Where can I find manuals, instructional videos, examples, etc.?

This Dashboard manual is intended to help you independently navigate the Engage Process platform.

We understand that not everything is immediately clear and that additional background information may sometimes be required. To support this, Engage Process provides an extensive Knowledge Centre.

The Knowledge Centre contains:

• Manuals for all Engage Process modules

• Instructional videos that guide you step by step through the functionality of our applications

• User examples that can be used as reference material or, in some cases, downloaded and imported into your own environment

The Knowledge Centre is designed to support a consistent and efficient user experience across the Engage Process platform.

How do I access the Knowledge Centre?

You can access the Knowledge Centre directly via the following URL:

Alternatively, click the question mark icon in the top-right corner of any Engage Process module and select Knowledge Centre from the menu.
