Where can I find manuals, instructional videos, examples, etc.?

In this Teamboard manual, we cover a range of topics designed to help you independently navigate and work with the Engage Process platform.

However, we understand that not everything always falls into place immediately, or that additional background information may be needed. For this reason, Engage Process has developed an extensive Knowledge Centre.

What can you find in the Knowledge Centre?

The Knowledge Centre contains:

• Manuals for all Engage Process modules

• Step-by-step instructional videos explaining key functionalities

• User examples for reference

  • Some examples can be downloaded and imported into your own environment for further editing

This allows you to get the most out of the Engage Process platform at your own pace.

How do I access the Knowledge Centre?

Accessing the Knowledge Centre is very simple:

• Visit the Knowledge Centre directly via:
  https://knowledge.engageprocess.com/en/knowledge

Or:

• Click on the Engage Process logo in the top-right corner of one of our modules

• Select “Knowledge Centre” from the menu
