What on-screen reports can I make in the publisher?

Some on-screen reports are available in the Engage Process Publisher, in order to give you a better insight into what is the actual result of your settings and publication.

In the Authorization publications report, you will see who has the View published and Feedback rights for the published diagrams.

In the Viewer settings report, you will see what functionality of the Engage Process Viewer is available for each user and group of your organization.

In the Initial overviews report, you will see an initial overview for each user.

in the Comment notification report you will see who will receive Comment notifications on what diagrams.

In the Missing process link report, you will see a list of published processes that contain process links to unpublished processes. You can run this report to check if your publication is complete.

In the Overview report, you will see who has submitted and published the currently published diagrams.
